6 - 7:15 PM - Movement & Stillness: Hatha Flow + Yoga Nidra
NEW CLASS STARTING MAY 1st: 10 - 11:15 AM - Balance and Breathe: Gentle Hatha
4 - 5:15 PM - Yintrospection: Yin & Mindfulness
These classes run for 8 week sessions at a time. Register for the full session to commit to your yoga practice and get the best price. Early bird pricing and studio member codes for the May/June session are available until April 19. Drop-ins are also welcome, space permitting!
