We will work to release tension in the body with longer held, supported Yin postures and unlock freedom within. Poses will typically be held for 2-5 minutes, while use of props is highly encouraged to facilitate a passive and restful practice. Expect a calm and introspective class that focuses on breath and mindfulness, while stretching, strengthening, and mobilizing your body. This practice cultivates freedom of movement and an expanded sense of well-being. Modifications and alternative poses will be offered to suit your individual practice and needs.
