Experience the power of stillness with Yin yoga and Mindfulness. Through longer held, passive Yin yoga postures you will release physical tension, establish present moment awareness, and cultivate energetic balance within. Poses will typically be held for 2-5 minutes with variations and props offered to support your individual practice. Expect a calm and introspective class that creates space for you to connect, reflect, and simply be. All levels welcome.
