Balance and Breathe: Gentle Hatha

Explore the relationship of effort and ease in this gentle Hatha yoga class. Through the processes of alignment-focused movement, connection to breath, and contemplation, we will cultivate balance and peace of mind. Expect a combination of strengthening, mobility work, and stretching, accompanied by practices such as accessible breathwork and mindfulness meditation. All levels are welcome!
