Yoga Foundations

This series is designed for those who are brand new to yoga and/or those who are looking to deepen their understanding of the foundations of the practice. Over the course of 6 weeks we will cover the following:

 The (not so) basic postures (asana) that create the foundation for a physical practice
• Transitions and how to modify to suit your individual needs
• Using props to empower your practice
• Intro to pranayama (breathwork) and beginners meditation techniques
• Intro to some of the core philosophies of the practice
