Yoga4Palestine: International Day of Yoga Call to Action
Saturday June 21, 10 am PT / 7 pm CEST
Join us for a special Cosy Saturday to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian liberation movement. We’ll explore how to continue showing up, resourced and rested, through a supportive and grounding Yoga practice focused on Metta (loving-kindness) and community discussion. Yoga teaches us that we make a difference through our individual and collective action, so let’s come together in unity for our pals in Palestine!
This offering will raise awareness, cultivate space for collective grief and healing, and directly support on-the-ground mutual aid through fundraising for Al-Jawad Camp, a school and collective supporting displaced Gazans.
