I specialize in working 1:1 with people who are looking to develop or maintain a therapeutic yoga practice. Together, we will co-create a personalized experience to help you feel empowered and deeply supported in your journey.

I often work with folks experiencing chronic illness, disability, anxiety, and/or grief. Each session is completely customized for each client, acknowledging that we all have different backgrounds, challenges, and life experiences, and thus have different needs. We’ll explore practices from yogic traditions infused with modern biomechanics to support you in feeling your best and honor your unique path. This includes breathwork, meditation, physical postures for mobility, strength, flexibility, and/or relaxation, as well as guidance in developing an at-home practice.

Sliding scale $60-$100 CAD (+tax) per session
