I specialize in working 1:1 with people who are looking to develop or maintain a therapeutic-style yoga practice. Together, we will co-create a personalized experience to help you feel empowered and deeply supported in your journey.

I often work with folks who experience chronic pain or illness, mobility impairment, and/or anxiety (all things that I've experienced in my own life). Each lesson is customized for each student, acknowledging that we all have different backgrounds, challenges, and life experiences, and thus have different needs. We’ll explore practices from the yogic traditions infused with modern biomechanics to support you in feeling your best and honor your unique path. This includes breathwork, meditation, physical postures for mobility, strength, flexibility, and relaxation, as well as guidance in developing an at-home practice.

INVESTMENT:

Single Session:

1 x 60 minute session, $105 +gst

Regular Package:

3 x 60 Minute Sessions, $270 ($90 +gst per session)

Community Pricing (lower cost option):

3 x 60 minute virtual sessions, $180 ($60 per session, tax included)

Each month there is an opportunity for two individuals to have 1:1 online private yoga sessions with me at a reduced rate. This offering is for you if you would like to work 1:1 with me but find the regular rates to be cost prohibitive due to limited resources. You must be willing to book all 3 sessions within a 4 week period. Any unused sessions will not carry forward. Access to this option will be on a first come, first served basis. You’ll be added to the waitlist if the current schedule is full. You may reapply as many times as you’d like and be re-added to the waitlist after your first round.
