  • Yes. This is a new feature for Unlimited members. In order to attend any livestream, go to the Schedule page and book yourself in to the class(es) you’d like to attend live. You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link, as well as reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour prior to the start of class. This helps Katie anticipate who is going to be in attendance.

  • Recordings are available to all Unlimited Monthly Pass holders. A password to the on-demand library will be emailed to you within 24 hours of registering for your auto-renew subscription. You’ll always have access to a minimum of the 4 most recent recordings of each class. Go to the Recordings page to access these videos.

  • Not currently. In order to keep the registration fees lower for these two options, they only include the livestream Zoom class. If you’d like to access the regular recordings, you can purchase an Unlimited Monthly Pass with auto-renew here.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking up until the class is scheduled to begin. Once class starts, it will be deducted from your pass. You may cancel your auto-renew subscription at any time, but make sure to do so before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged. All sales are final.

  • All classes in the studio include the use of yoga props. They serve many purposes including adding support, creating more space in your body, making yoga poses more accessible, and facilitating more comfort and ease. One major philosophy of this studio is that props can greatly enhance our experience of physical yoga and classes are taught with using props as the baseline to create more inclusion for body diversity. Additionally, several classes on the schedule are relaxation-based; props are an important part of facilitating the body’s relaxation response.

  • In any given class we may use the following props: 2 yoga blocks, 1 bolster, 1 strap, 1-2 pillows, 1-2 blankets, a sturdy chair (for Chair Yoga & Gentle Yoga classes), and eye cover (for Restorative). Yin & Restorative classes tend to require the most props.

  • It’s recommended to have two yoga blocks for your practice. They can be purchased relatively inexpensively for around $10-15.

Common household items can be used to replicate other yoga props. Here are some suggestions:

Bolster = 2-3 firm, rectangularly folded blankets or sturdy pillows

Strap/belt = a long scarf, tie, even your dog’s leash!

Eye cover = washcloth or dish towel
