Hosted by Katie Blecker and Audrey ML

Many of us experience persistent energy-limitation. Whether you’re living with a chronic illness such as ME/CFS or migraine, are Neurodivergent, experiencing burnout, or have another source of chronic fatigue, a reduced energy capacity can be life altering in a world that centers productivity and capitalism.

In this two-part workshop on Zoom, we will explore how yoga can help you navigate the unique challenges of living life with less energy. Through a combination of lecture, self-reflection, mat/chair/bed-based yoga, and community connection, you’ll receive valuable tools and practices to help manage energy limitation with a deeper sense of connection to self.

This program is designed and facilitated to center disability, Neurodivergence, and chronic illness.

This program includes:

  1. Workshop #1 (April 28): we’ll discuss a framework that yoga can provide us for managing and living with limited energy, including practical tools and yoga philosophy. Then we’ll practice together and share some discussion amongst the group (optional).

  2. In the month between the two live workshops, you’ll have open access to Audrey’s Rest Rituals practice + previous recordings and Katie’s online studio, which includes two live gentle yoga classes per week + large recording library.

  3. Workshop #2 (May 26): we’ll continue with more supportive practices and peer discussion to solidify your work so far, inspire consistency for the future, and build community.

  4. Access to the workshop recordings through July 31, 2024.
